They now have a three bin (recycling, composting, and landfill) system in their classroom. Each of the bins are properly labelled to educate others what goes inside each bin. They are educating themselves about the importance of waste reduction for conserving resources and protecting the environment through research and their own in-classroom presentations. They are also reaching out to other students about this important subject by facilitating classroom presentations and making classroom posters. Photos
