Students organize to collect organics!

Summary

The classes conducted a waste assessment and analyzed trash and recycling within their classroom. Students also analyzed and discussed the schools overall waste reduction program at their school. Students decided to work to divert organics via commerical composting with a sponsored partnership with the city's hauler, South San Francisco Scavenger.
